I had a great experience with J&J Auto. From start to finish, they were professional, upfront, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. No pressure, no runaround, just real customer service. The work was done efficiently, You can tell they take pride in what they do. Fair prices, honest communication, and quality service. Definitely about to be my go to spot. Thanks

This could be a decent shop, but they have some real problems with communication with customers and within their shop with each other. You talk to one person about the plan for your vehicle, but that plan isn't communicated to the rest of their mechanics and before you know it chaos ensues. Never again will we go back after the last debacle. The response from the shop below is a very one-sided view of the series of events. My husband picked up his vehicle after work one evening because it was left out in their open parking lot on Chester Pike. He incorrectly assumed they were done with the work. He was uncomfortable with his vehicle being left out. He called the next morning and spoke to someone at the shop and was planning to pay at that time, but he found out they weren't done with the vehicle (waiting on parts?). So they didn't ask him to pay and said they would let him know when they were ready for him to bring the truck back in to finish the work. That communication was obviously not made to everyone at their shop and we were then accused of stealing. Talk to your all the mechanics before you go around slandering your customers. As soon as we received notification of an issue with the shop being uncomfortable with us having picked up the vehicle, the bill was paid same day. Nevertheless, the shop owner took it all the way to filing a police report. Total waste of the officers time.

Went there and it was amazing the service, hospitality, and I got my baby back up in running did a whole 17hr trip back to atl!!! No problems they the best I’ve ever had!!

Great/reasonable people who work here, on top of the great work! 10/10 would recommend!
