I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this shop and cannot recommend them enough. After being told by another place that I needed a full transmission replacement, I came here for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. They took the time to actually inspect my transmission properly, explained everything clearly, and immediately put me at ease. They were honest, knowledgeable, and never tried to scare or upsell me. They found that my transmission was in great condition and that the real issue was simply old, low transmission fluid. They serviced the transmission, replaced the filter, topped off the fluid, and charged me a very fair price. My car has been running smoothly ever since with no noise at all. It’s rare to find a shop that is this honest, patient, and genuinely cares about their customers. They saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. I will absolutely be returning here for future work and recommending them to everyone I know. I also want to put a special shout out for Al he was super sweet throughout the whole process and eased my mind on all of this!

Ralph and his staff are great. We were in a pinch with our vehicle getting ready to leave for vacation and he was honest and repaired our car quick and at a very reasonable price. Years ago, before Google reviews were a thing I had differential work done here. I was happy with the work, the timeliness and how the issue was explained to me. I was back again recently. This time the issue was a transmission on a 6 year old GM pickup truck. The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions. She explained how they would overhaul the transmission and upgrade many components from what GM used when they originally built it. The price seemed reasonable. It’s very rare these days to have someone at any front desk that knows anything…..let alone any technical stuff. My conversation with her gave me insight into their 4.9 rating.
