Don't go here. Seriously. Brand new car only two years old. My friend was told he needed new brakes back in January. Had them replaced. New brakes made a high pitched squeaking sound, barely a couple weeks later. Took the car back , was told brakes were FINE. I know bad brakes when I hear them, but never the less took his word. Last week the brakes sounded like metal on metal, took the car back to Hank, was told I AGAIN NEEDED NEW BRAKES AFTER GETTING ALL FOUR REPLACED IN JANUARY. He said because the car had driven 9k miles since January, it needed new brakes. Brakes are supposed to last atleast 30K in mileage. Who is he trying to fool! Prepare to be RIPPED OFF if you go here , just saying.

not honest...i got a inspection and they said I new breaks and rotors...i then took my vehicle to Mavis as I knew I don't need new rotors and i had the car Inspected again and I was correct I didn't even need breaks both rotors and breaks passed inspection...as well Farrand missed two major safety issues that Mavis picked up showed me and I agreed fully..i called Farrand and let him know and he passed the blame that he didn't look at the car his mechanic did and that didn't care about rating systems after i gave him some advice ... to add when i was picking up the vehicle I asked what exsactly was wrong with the rotors and Farrand and the mechanic both looked at each other like they needed to be on the same page and they conflicted from rust to pock marks across the rotors...after second inspection both were not issue and passed with flying colors as mentioned...if you want honest safe workmanship i suggest to go to another place, they seem to love inspections as a major advertisement on there business cards and what seems to be fake repairs on the fly...other rating on Google for them is 3 stars.

One of their guys stole a $10 roll of quarters from my car. I knew it was there as I rode the train every day and needed quarters for parking. I spoke up about it and he gave me a $10 bill. SHADY PLACE. AVOID!!

This is a very nice and polite business. The owner and mechanic is one of the best owners, and Mechanic’s i ever met hands down!!!
