MY TRANSMISSION WENT! I called Bucks Co. Auto Care & they had a Tow Truck In My Driveway in 15 mins. Ray called me when they received my Vehicle & said he'd get right on It. He did. An Hour Later he called Me, as I was on my Way to Their Shop. Met with Ray & he had a Detailed Game Plan to Repair My 2016 Chevy Silverado. They Put a Factory Jasper REMAN Transmission in & fixed a few other things my Truck needed. I Got My Chevy Truck back in Less than a week, in Like New Condition. These are Great, Honest Hard working People that do what it takes to get us Going again. Honest, Fair & forthright. Ray's Game Plan to get a New Jasper Transmission saved Time and Money. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. Highly recommend servicing you vehicle here. They even sent a follow up letter with a discount on my next service.

Last week I was stressed because my brakes started squeaking badly during my highway commute. I walked into this auto shop without an appointment and they still managed to squeeze me in later that afternoon. Waiting area was simple but clean, coffee machine actually worked, which was a small relief. The mechanic explained pad wear clearly without heavy jargon and showed the worn parts. They finished the same day and tightened a loose caliper bolt I wasn’t aware of. Now the car feels safer, braking is smooth and responsive again. I’ll probably come back for routine maintenance because the pricing and communication felt honest throughout.

I'm retired so presume I've been driving for over 50 years and had many cars with all sorts of issues. While the quality and value of the work done at BCAC is outstanding the real experieince is in the connections made with their people from the owner through the highly skilled techs to the friendly and professional office staff. My bad habits have me taking owned vehicles to a dealer for service which I need to change and bring all my autos to BCAC going forward. There is unmeasurable value in dealing with good people and at BCAC that's what you get.
