Brought my Escalade in expecting the worst after getting hit with crazy quotes elsewhere, and these guys took care of everything the right way. Full brakes, rotors, suspension work — not small stuff — and they handled it like professionals from beginning to end. What really stood out was the honesty. No runaround, no scare tactics, no trying to squeeze extra money out of me. They told me exactly what needed done, did the work right, and had me back on the road driving like a completely different vehicle. You can feel the difference immediately. And the price? Way more reasonable than what I was preparing myself for. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling like I found a shop I can actually trust — which is rare. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Solid communication, solid turnaround, and just real people. If you’re anywhere near Dravosburg and need work done, don’t even think twice — this is the spot. They earned a lifelong customer out of me.
View on GoogleAll other shops were booked out at least a week to two weeks, my 2015 F350 6.2L needed a fan clutch ( which I provided ) they stated they wouldn’t warranty the part, which is completely reasonable and expected on a customer supplied part. My father in law was able to get in contact with Dravosburg truck stop, they said it would be done the next day and cost about $150. I dropped my truck off about an hour before closing, the next day I got a call saying my truck was done. I paid and picked my truck up as a painless process, safe to safe I’ll be bringing both my F350s here for work. Very professional staff also very friendly, the only down side I can think of is trying to find a parking spot and making sure you’re not blocking anything, this is a very busy shop and I can see why. They don’t make you feel like an idiot if you don’t park in the right spot either, great people and great service!

I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for years and appreciate that I don't have to worry at all about getting ripped off and they always treat me fairly. I can't ask for more when needing my car serviced.
