Visited Thompson early Friday morning with our family’s 2017 RAV4 for a major 60k service. We choose to travel past other Toyota dealers due to the courtesy and care we experience at Thompson. Major thank you to Lance for his responsiveness and care to special requests related to a Severe Service Schedule. The final price was fair and in-line with other mainstream options. The team also replaced a small marker light that was out at no charge. Also, shoutout to Judy for her pleasantries and efficiency during checkout. I appreciate the team not rushing me when I raised questions and requests. This accommodation and clear communication goes a long way in building a customer relationship. Picked up a 1958 Toyota LandCruiser in white from Thompson. Brad recognized me from an earlier deal with my son and placed me in phone as VIP which is just funny! We customized the interior and the Landcruiser was delivered as promised. Only driven a week but I love the simplicity, the retro feel and the ability to see out every angle without obstruction. Brad appreciates the vehicles he sells and relates to the customers that he befriends. Highly recommend the Thompson crew!

View on GoogleTook care in for oil change stood in line one person ahead of me was there about 5 min not o e person said anything it was like I wasn't there finally a service writer finally acknowledge it was there it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge you where there. Was there for inspection.
