Thompson Lexus Doylestown Service

I am writing a review because I have multiple services and when you call to get service appointment you get 2 types of contacts: 1. An AI bot who tells you that you need to get such and such service and is inaccurate. 2. I call the real number and the lady places you on hold. When you finally get a hold of front desk I tried to confirm my appointment that I had booked 2 days in advance. She said she cant confirm and would contact me back once her computer services work. This happened twice within a 6 month span. I said ok when would you expect your computer services to be back up. She said she would contact me back before 5 pm. She never contacted me back. I contacted the next day and they confirmed my appointment and my detailing service. 3. Came in on Monday after confirming and I met with someone and they said the detailing appointment was not confirmed. And that I need to call to confirm and not with the AI bot. I was speaking to a different agent when someone was easedropping and did not hear the full story. At that point they contacted someone to give me a appointment and then said they would "squeeze me in" and then tried to blame me for not physically confirming with someone. 4. Called to ask the status of my vehicle around 2 pm after my car was there for a 6am appointment and when I called the guy said its in "repair" which means you did not check the status of the vehicle at all because it was not in for a repair it was there for inspection and I can see on my app that the car was in fact not opened that day at all and he proceeded to say "you know it will be done by 5pm." Another time I dropped off my car, they had started the car at 4pm for a reset when they had the car starting at 6 am, again I saw that the car was left open and nothing was really performed until around 4pm and they had to keep it overnight. Another time I was physically waiting for my car in the waiting room. I had waited the whole day no other person was there. When the person had called me to tell me the status of the vehicle they were holding the paper while also watching the game on the TV and then after the game had ended then told me it was done. So you sat down watched the game with the paper and then never told me it was finished. You could have done this during a commercial break or better yet told me first. 5. Friends have said they can see the status of the vehicle in shop with doors open overnight. Which why? These are luxury vehicles left outside. This is not the first time that this kind of poor service has occured. One time I asked what the cost of my 15 annual appointment would cost. They lied and said around 1000 dollars. I then came to my actual appointment and they gave the the correct breakdown. Another friend and mother have come to doyestown lexus and has stated the quality of there front service desk is poor compared to other locations nearby and I agree. You are either kept on the phone for a long time, hung up on or given improper information. Jonus I think that is name was good. The rest- blah

I ended up buying my 2016 cadillac CT6 3.6 AWD. It is a beautiful car and I got a pretty decent deal. I have had the car almost 2 months. I wouldn't of done it any differently and or gone anywhere else. I am very happy with my purchase. RYAN was my salesman. Thank you guys.

They really take good care of both you as a customer and your vehicle. Went in for mirror replacement and they buffed out scratches in my door. There is swag in the service department which I will purchase at my next visit.

I came 2 times within the last 2 weeks with long standing problem of front night light beams not working properly on both sides. It was tested by Ryan daytime at dealership, at time both worked. I specified that while they worked daytime, they goes out at night even when I drive. Nobody took car inside to check but I was told to make a video. Needless to say I made videos for 2 days in a row that showed while car running at night both beams are not working, and day after the one beam wasn’t working and the other turned off while I was taping video. I made appointment this time ( first time came without appointment). I was offered to change only beam on passenger’s side at the appointment time and observe the other beam. Not sure why ( both on video were out in the end), however, I agreed for the sake of saving money. I rarely drive at night so it will take time to test. I don’t have an opinion on work done as I didn’t drive yet at night. I gave 4 stars because I had 2 interactions with Ryan ( in summer time and now) and he appeared to me as troublemaker rather then problem solver, koki and rude. I also interacted with John on several occasions and he has very pleasant personality and diplomatic as it is important in any interaction with customers, especially in multi dollar business like Lexus dealership. For now, will be testing driver’s front beam.

They always take good care of my 2010 gs350. They even offer a loaner car for the smallest of repairs. You can't beat Lexus reliability and customer service!
