Meineke

🚨🚨 I got an oil change from meineke on my 2024 GTI 380 in Doylestown Pa on 2/17/26 around 130 pm. After I paid and left I made it 3 -4 miles and my oil light came on and within seconds a low oil pressure light came on and I was able to immediately pull over and kill the engine. I called meineke and the counter guy instructed me to try and get back to shop if I could. Yes, you read that right. They fought me tooth and nail when I demanded to have my car towed to VW Fred beans cause I knew the engine needed to be inspected by a VW master tech with cameras to ensure to protect my engine and turbo charger and more importantly protect my investment. I will say that after a lot of arguing I got them to tow the car from meineke to Fred beans. Once I got to Fred beans they called meineke and tried to get them to authorize the necessary camera inspections needed to be done. The service counter guy at Fred beans said it sounds like meineke is not gonna cooperate and said to only clean under the hood and top off oil. That’s when I called and said if you don’t authorize the work or put me on with your boss or franchise owner, you will be hearing from my attorney tomorrow. He said he’d call me back as I sit in limbo at the dealership. I had to call back and they finally agreed to let Fred beans do what was necessary. I needed a rental car and once again meineke tried fighting me on that by only offering me a shitty shop car that had looked like it was in an accident which was evident from the smashed in panel/door. My point I guess is to be an advocate for yourself and stand up for what’s right. The bill from the dealer was almost $1000 which meineke did pay only cause I threatened them with a lawyer. Find a mechanic you trust and stay away specifically from the Doylestown Meineke on 611/ Easton rd across from the the giant shopping center. BTW I had to ask for a refund as meineke should have offered it on their own

The folks at this Meineke were super polite. As a first time customer and new to PA I was treated with professional courtesy as if I'd been a customer for years even though I was only having my truck inspected. As an older Suburban 2500 it requires a specific machine that they have. My appointment time was honored I was out in a timely manor. Great place, free coffee & Wi-Fi and a clean bathroom. Easy to recomend them.

5 stars! The team at Meineke is always quick with service, consistent, and honest. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary upsells. Their work ethic and customer service keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend!

Took my truck in for inspection and it needed more than I expected. Wasn't sure how I was going to afford to pay for it all. They told me about 2 different kinds of credits the deal with. I applied for 1 and was approved. Now I just will pay for the bill in installments. They really helped me out. Very friendly crew the have here. Highly recommend you check them out when needing any vehicle service.

Needed State inspection and emissions. The front desk manger, the service and the competitive pricing were all top notch ...5 star. this was my first time at Doylestown Meinike and I will definitely return when my car needs service. I was honestly very impressed.
