I have been taking my commute, custom, and show cars here for over 15 years and cannot speak enough to the quality and service at the Collision Center. Having once worked at this shop as a young lad, I can personally attest to the incredible work that this team does. I once saw them paint an entire E class Mercedes and the result was truly amazing. I want to sincerely thank Brian, Nicole, Michelle, and the Keenan Collision team for taking excellent care of me and my 2018 Dodge Challenger in October of 2018. The car looks beautiful after the work (bumper damage from someone backing into the car), detail did a fantastic job on the cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the expedient and thoughtful service. Michelle even stayed late so that I could pick up the car which was awesome!! Thank you for also taking care of the chip and smudge on my doors!

View on GoogleI don’t even know where to, I recently picked up my vehicle from Faulkner Collision in Doylestown, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the repair work. The rear bumper on my Mercedes CLE 53 AMG was returned with numerous imperfections and visible flaws. It appears that the work was rushed there are color inconsistencies, rock chips that were simply cleared over, and overall, the finish looks unprofessional for a high-end vehicle. When I brought these concerns to the manager whose name I believe was Josh), he was extremely dismissive and unwilling to help. His attitude was unprofessional, and he made no effort to address or correct the issues I pointed out. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop, especially for luxury or high-value vehicles. Attention to detail and customer service were both severely lacking. View on GoogleI’m very disappointed with the experience at Faulkner Mercedes Collision in Doylestown. My friend’s CLE 53 AMG was repaired here, and the work quality was far below expectations. There are multiple imperfections on the back bumper that clearly should have been addressed before returning the car. When we brought these issues up, the manager, Ryan, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, he dismissed our concerns completely. This is not the level of professionalism or customer care you would expect from a Mercedes-certified collision center. I would strongly recommend checking other repair shops before bringing your vehicle here.
