I found EPOC With the help of ChatGPT when researching somewhere local, I could get a pre-car inspection for a vehicle I was looking to purchase for my kids. I scheduled an appointment online, which was very easy, and after having to move the appointment due to the delivery of the vehicle, I called and spoke to John a few times who was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The pre-purchase inspection far exceeded my expectations. The level of detail and worked on was more than expected, clearly documented, and he took great time and care and educating me on how to maintain the car so it would last my kids as long as possible. After being thoroughly impressed and thankful, I then got the bill which was significantly less than I expected, and would have been willing to pay. I don’t know that I’ve ever said that about a place that I took my car. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Epoc For all of my future needs and questions, And it feels good to know I have someone local that I can trust.

I can not say enough about the customer service and quick response time. I had my truck towed here on a Sunday evening ( without letting them know ) I left for Connecticut afterwards. They called me first thing and let me know that they would look at it and let me know what was wrong. I received a text within a few hours. Best shop in Bucks County.
