I was scheduled for a state inspection this week. They are totally unorganized. The guy who checked me in told me that it will be 2-3 hours and will call me once my car is done. He knew that I am waiting for it and hanging out nearby. After 3.5 hours, and no calls, when I came back, I was surprised to see that my car was not even taken in. I called every 1.5 hour and they don't answer calls. His excuse was they are busy. He told me that he will take me in as one of the car was done. I further waited for 10-15 min and no signs of my car getting on the bay or any communication from him. There is no sense of business acumen and an appreciation of customer's time commitment and being apologetic. Although, it is not a full service station as attached to a gas station, I would be extremely careful of using this place. I guess their only 'hook" is the cheap coupons they post on their website to attract customers. Be aware of not going through what I did. I would never use them again.

Had a great experience. I went in with my tire losing air, and came out with not only a repaired tire, but a replacement of a tire sensor on another tire that my dealership has yet to be able to fix. And I didn’t even ask for it. All for $20! Wow!!
View on GoogleI've gone to Doylestown Auto and Tire twice for oil changes and some minor work/inspection. Had rear brakes and rotors replaced. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very friendly/personable. Price came in lower than quote (that's a first) and they send a $20 coupon in mail after visit. Plus they follow up on your visit. So far so good. I will continue to use these guys for service and repairs on my Ford Mustang GT.
