Terrible customer service. I called with a specific request to have tailgate wires replaced. Owner agreed but complained he would need help to push car into the garage as it was not operational. I called to advise tow truck was ten minutes from picking up car, and I offered to have two guys follow to help push car into garage. Owner snapped he wasn’t ready to put car into garage. I said standing offer to call and we would come help push car into place. I advised center counsel was opened. In order to allow shifting into neutral. owner replied he didn’t feel like working on a car non operational car. Told me to cancel tow truck. Well I’m sorry I didn’t know mechanics only workers on that ran. Don’t waste your time or money on this unprofessional person. He doesn’t have the work ethic his father had. He’s coasting on his father’s reputation. Nepo baby with a bad attitude. Bottom line he acted like he was doing me a favor. Last time I looked I was paying to get a car repaired, if it was running I wouldn’t have needed a mechanic. I expected a mechanic and got stuck with a towing bill. Stay away…far away!

If you know have of the work that you need done, you will quickly understand how this person is trying to get the most money out of you that he can get.
