The service department was booked solid for the next 4 day but they were able to get my truck fixed before the end of the day so that I could continue my drive back home in Missouri. If I lived in Murrysville area they would definitely have a new customer for life.
View on GoogleSomeone lied to the tow driver stating that I took my key when I came to dealership only for my husband to call and be told the key is there. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Jim Shorkey Murraysville again. I was never told about a diagnostics test fee until I said my truck was being towed somewhere else to get fixed. Bad business. They definitely don't care about customers. Told me to let my current vehicle go as a repossession to put me in something smaller with a higher car note.
View on GoogleScheduling the appointment was fast and easy, as always. Staff was super friendly, and let me know the things they were doing and about how long it would take. The waiting area is really nice and comfortable, with plenty of room. Then, not only was my truck done in about half the time they estimated, my truck was sprayed off on the outside to remove all the salt and gunk on it from the weather. I'm not sure my experience could have been any better!
