Wish I can give this zero stars. You’re better off trying to fix it yourself. I went in because my car was overheating due to a leak. They charged me a half hour diagnostics time for the upper radiator hose being severed which literally takes five minutes to look and then they demanded that I remove my car from the premises because I declined their $644 quote to change the hose. Their excuse was that the car was old. Therefore the hose was not made if they did five minutes worth of research they would be able to secure it at the most $120 and the least that I bought it for $50 they quoted me two hours worth of labor to change a hose. They also wanted to change a second hose that was not damaged or bad in anyway because people try to Overcharge those who use AAA because they’re approved, but I will be calling AAA and telling them about this experience. I will also tell them that the woman in the front desk was threatening to call the county to have my car towed because my options were to either let them keep the keys after I paid already and give the key to the tow truck driver or immediately take my overheating car off the premises. This is what your money is spent Doing if you take it to this repair shop, no human decency I’m embarrassed for the industry that I’ve been a part of for almost a decade now.

I pulled the great rating recently, as they started to act like every other shop. Giving them my 5 vehicle only for inspection, they refuse to take my last car for 3 weeks in a row because of lack of man power.Front desk is a mess .

Its a relief to finally find a real honest mechanic who does what they say and completes on time. I took my truck in for inspection under the new purchase 100 day warranty from C@rvan@. They diagnosed issues that would not allow it to pass inspection obvious thing's like tires and brakes”wear products” . At first the warranty company contacted me saying this wasn't covered. The team at Bob’s took over and handled the situation. In the end I received tires, brakes, rotors, balancing and alignment all covered under warranty. The shop is clean and organized and the woman on the counter knows her stuff so don’t speak down to her. She is probably more knowledgeable than most guys coming in. I have definitely found a new local mechanic.

TOOK care of my brother's car same day when their lot was full. He had his car at Meineke on Rt. 13 2x just for a tail light being out. His back lights kept coming on when he got the car home...even had to have it towed. They never got it right and he didn't get his money back!! NOLAN'S fixed it properly and no problems since. I highly recommend!!
