Called to see if I could get some questions answered on the van- like an estimate on a coil replacement. My sixth cylinder was misfiring. He couldn't get an estimate until he looked at it. Alright, thats normal for shops wanting to charge diagnostics as well. He said he could look at it depending on how fast I got there. Offered to get there in like 20 min if he's able to get around to it. Have several other shops in mind, bc I don't want to be scammed by another auto shop. He laughed and said "you can drop it off here today, but there's like 10 people in front of you." I replied "oh, okay I didn't know that. I may check around to see if there are any others able to get me in for repairs today." Im poor, and only have money for repairs. Not extra Ubers, not extra days, not maybe's. And I need to work, or I'll be fired- so I'm doing my best as a young lady to Not get taken advantage of. Dude laughed again and said "okay, have a good day, bye." And hung up- not giving me a chance to reconsider. Instead of leaving an impression that they're professionals, they gave me the idea that they're hungry only to fill their schedule and get $$$$. Tldr: the shop itself did nothing wrong, the speed at which they hung up the phone after hearing an ounce of doubt made me never want to go here. If understand if I was in any way rude, but I didn't even have the chance to fully explain my cars problem. You'd probably do better taking some pr and communication courses, because your "mightier than thou" tone was off-putting to say the least.

They did a great job getting my truck in for body and electrical work, very nice people and I recommend over other places I have been to.

I had a repair done here a while ago, where they replaced a part on my car (MAF). Unfortunately, the part failed again not long after. When replacing the part again, I discovered the garage had used a cheap aftermarket part instead of the quality part that I was led to believe I was getting. I live in Canada so I couldn't go directly to the garage to resolve this. I approached the garage over email to try to discuss this, but I was met with hostility and defensiveness. Thomas insisted the part was legitimate and initially said he could process a warranty claim. However, once I got the part to him, he changed his position, saying there wasn't enough documentation, even though I had told him beforehand exactly what I could provide. He kept focusing on what I "should have done...", which is an unproductive argument when we're trying to resolve an issue within a given context. Once he took up this position, he made no effort to actually come to an understanding with me. He blatantly ignored me when I tried to rectify things he misinterpreted and then simply shut down communications because I was "rude" (firmly asking for him to take this seriously). After the communications over email, I tried speaking to him in person in the hopes of clearing up some things. Unfortunately he became accusatory right away and even threatened to call the police simply because my partner was there with me. He started by lying about shutting down communications and then claimed that I had provided him with fraudulent documentation, he then refused to show us any proof for own his claims (the part being legit), simply insisting that he "runs an honest business". I went into this assuming good faith. It's not hard to lay things out honestly when you're actually being honest. But when your tactic is gaslighting your customers into thinking they did everything wrong, it's hard to see that as anything but dishonest. TL;DR I really wanted to believe this garage was honest, but my experience says otherwise. The part they installed on my car failed quickly, and I later found out it was a cheap aftermarket part. I recently brought my vehicle to Coraopolis Collision and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they were incredibly accommodating, getting my car back to me quickly without sacrificing quality. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with at every step. They took the time to explain what repairs were needed and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. My vehicle looks great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Coraopolis Collision for anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!

They passed my car through inspection even though the struts were completely rusted through and my break pad was in such sad shape it broke in half a couple weeks later. Can’t even claim this was through wear and tear, because the car gets about 1000 miles a year put on it. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this place. Was recommended to us through members of a local Porsche Club. I will let everyone know to avoid this place. Endangered my life.
