My nephew was in an accident and he's from Virginia, Chris's towing came and got the car. My nephew was told by his insurance to pull the tags. The owner used so much profanity and gave my nephew such a hard time trying to recover his belongings out of the car. I recommend a police being present when dealing with this terrible human

Prompt service. Starter died and Chris towed my vehicle straight to the mechanic.

Guy who answered the phone was a complete jerk. Had bad attitude from the get go when I was only asking a simple question. I’d recommend going elsewhere for towing unless you want to deal with that guy answering the phone. Takes one bad apple

Absolutely the worst encounter I have ever experienced with any business. Extremely rude and unprofessional, 0/10. The owner Chris is an elderly grumpy individual whom lacks social skills.

So unbelievably rude, I’ve contacted him twice. TWICE. Our conversations were maybe 2 minutes total at most. The first time was with my insurance to request release of the car to them and he suggested I bring the key down there with a decent amount of attitude. After speaking with my agent since I have no car and no way to do after hours key drop off my agent told me to go ahead and have the car released and they’ll have me overnight the keys to them directly instead. So I call back again, tell him that the insurance company will be there tomorrow to pickup the car and that I’m authorizing release, and that I’m going to mail the keys at the instruction of my insurance. He then screams “I wish you people would make up your mind” and hangs up and refuses to answer the phone. If he’s towing you cause of an accident you’re screwed but if you’re looking for towing and have the ability to make a choice, avoid this place at all costs. So unprofessional
