⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Reese for the past 10 years, and in all that time I have never met a more knowledgeable technician who truly loves and takes pride in his work. He fixed my catalytic, brakes, rotors, struts, springs..this man damn near rebuilt my entire car. Plus other cars I have brought to him.HE KNOWS HIS SHYT..!!! This isn’t just a “job” for him it’s his craft. It’s his baby. He knows cars from the inside out, from the front bumper to the back bumper. He’s quick, efficient, and still makes sure everything is done the right way. He doesn’t fix things halfway or rush you out the door. He fixes the problem correctly, lets you know what else may need attention, and his prices are beyond fair. Even if you can’t afford to fix everything at once, he makes sure your car leaves drivable and safe. That kind of integrity is rare. Perfection takes time, and sometimes it’s just him working but that’s because he wants everything done A1. Quality work takes time, and his work is guaranteed. He stands behind what he does, and that peace of mind matters. I’ve been to over 20 shops, and I will gladly travel 45 minutes to an hour for his work. Good work costs. Passion costs. I want to extend a huge thank you to Rare Auto Care for their exceptional service. I was initially unsure about what was going on with my car, which had a few noticeable issues like pulling to one side and cutting off intermittently. The technician was incredibly informative, walking me through all the details and explaining exactly what needed to be fixed. It turned out that my control arm was bent, I needed new struts, a wheel alignment, and an oil change. I fully trusted the technician's expertise, and after the work was completed, I’m thrilled with the results. Avoid This Place at All Costs I wish I could give zero stars. I had the misfortune of taking my car to this mechanic, and it was a disaster from start to finish. First off, their customer service is abysmal. The staff was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, but when I picked it up, it was clear that nothing had been done properly. The oil filter was loose, and the engine was making strange noises that weren’t there before. When I brought this up, they just shrugged it off and claimed it was a coincidence. To make matters worse, they managed to mess up my alignment, causing my car to pull to one side. I had to go to a different mechanic to fix the damage, and it cost me even more money. The original mechanic refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund for the shoddy work. Overall, this place is a complete rip-off. They lack professionalism, skill, and basic respect for their customers. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.
