The owner is one of the most knowledgeable all around mechanics i've ever met. He is a fantastic person and very easy to deal with. He is more than fair with his rates and can quickly get parts. Dickens always has our trucks back on the road within 24hrs no matter if its a blown head gasket or a full service. Recently they rebuilt 2 engines for our company, these were not simple re builds, but they knocked it out of the park

Travis services all our vehicles and is very easy to deal with and excellent in keeping our cars in tip top shape. He is also a very honest mechanic.

I was heading to a school trip yesterday 6/17 for a day out with Thomas with some of my students and my tire 🛞 was shredded 2hours away from home. I had no idea 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I just kept driving like “Dory” said until I saw smoke. In the middle of Pennsylvania farm country I began to pray, I did not see any stores just farm and houses. I called 6 tire companies and no one had anything available for hours. I started praying and looked up with my one dry eye and saw what I thought said tire service… I got excited, so I drove slowly ( Pa drivers are so impatient). As I maneuvered my way across the median in heavy traffic I realized it was Dickens… I thanked God so fast. The sign said Tree service 😂🤣. I have to say the men inside were so kind and helpful even the customers were so friendly. I think now I need to get a spare for emergencies 🤦🏽‍♀️. The price was excellent the service was TOP NOTCH I would definitely recommend this company for your car care needs. Yes!!! We made it to see Thomas with time to spare 🛞 🫣😂🤣.

Great shop. Honest pricing. They don't try to over-sell you on things you don't need. Quick turn-around time. Communication could be a little better, e.g. giving people updates. However, when you call, they answer the phone and are happy to give you updates. Highly recommend

I was recently in a super unfortunate situation with my car and was left stranded an hour from my home. I was able to get a ride home from a friend but I had to leave my car behind at a gas station- right next to this mechanic shop! Instead of having my car towed all the way back home, I called the shop and spoke to the manager there, Travis. He walk to Turkey Hill and brought my car over to his shop to inspect it for me. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the effort that was put in to help me out when I was an hour away. The guys at this shop are reliable, extremely helpful, and very polite. I have nothing but positive things to say about them! Thank you for everything!
