Mike has been my mechanic for the last 3 years. I've had my cars in his shop many times. What makes him special is that he's always accommodating and extremely knowledgeable on all types of vehicles. His prices are fair and he completes repairs in a timely fashion. I've sent friends and family to his shop and they have all repeated my sentiments.

I had him check over my vehicle for a road test to make sure it was good and also to look over the vehicle because I had just purchased it not too long ago. He was able to go beyond the call of duty by contacting the dealer, getting service records, and basically doing a pre-purchase inspection. Mike let me know my vehicles exact status. He knows what he’s doing he’s very knowledgeable and most of all, he makes you feel comfortable trusting that he’s not gonna rip you off and he’s gonna fix the issue. He’s gonna be my guy moving forward. My 2018 GLS 450 will be in good hands when service calls. He takes to time to go over your vehicle thoroughly, Let you know what to expect as far as future maintenance, and issues that are common that are specific to your vehicle and what the cost could approximately entail. And his customer service skills are on point!

He is an extremely intelligent individual and has an amazing knowledge about all Mercedes vehicles. My husband and I were referred by a friend and we are glad we were, as he is not only our mechanic, but his family has become a part of ours. View on GoogleMike is the absolute BEST. If you have a Mercedes and you've had work on it, you know how much of a PITA the whole process can be. After multiple trips to the stealership, Mike quickly and easily fixed an issue I'd had for years during routine maintenance. Months later, when I really thought it was OVER for my car, Mike literally tightened a few bolts and sent me on my way. Long story short: I'll always drive Mercedes now because they're fantastic cars AND MOSTLY because I have a guy I trust to maintain them.
