RUUNNN AWAY !! I would strongly discourage anyone from using Penn Green Collision, especially after a car accident. My vehicle was towed there on April 11th following my accident on April 7th. After keeping my car for over 35 days with little to no communication, I was finally informed today that the vehicle is being totaled on 5/16. Throughout this entire process, communication was extremely poor. They rarely answered phone calls, did not keep me updated, and were also unresponsive to the insurance company. Every update was last minute, and whenever I went into the office, there was NO ONE available to help or provide answers. Now, after all this time waiting under the assumption that my car was being repaired or evaluated properly, I am being told the car is totaled and that I am responsible for rental costs during the delay. This entire experience has been stressful, frustrating, and very unprofessional. If you are dealing with an accident and need a reliable collision center, I highly recommend staying away from Penn Green Collision. The lack of communication and delays between them and the insurance company created an absolute nightmare situation. RUNNN AWAY!!!

I have been dealing with Penn green for some time, anything I need I have never had an issue about. Customer service is great and they make u feel comfortable with no extra attachments, also I have have had some personal friends purchase buy cars off the used dealership they have outside the body shop. I have also on the last note come to the shop and asked if the can help me sell trucks and trailers I have owed and they have been sold quick . I definitely recommend Penn green!!

They also have the ability to complete some updates or customization to my vehicles as well and have vocalized a willingness to work with me in that area. This alone has won my business compared to other shops in the area in trying to get a quote.
