Took a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey that was only 2 months off the show room floor down to this shop to have a small paint touch up done to the white rocker panel and sliding door. When I went to pick up the vehicle from repairs I had noticed a large yellowing spot in area where repairs were made. After bringing it to owners attention he had seemed clueless as to why the yellowing occurred and asked me to give it 2 weeks for curing to see if it would correct itself. Re-scheduling was done to have the paint repaired for a second time due to no improvement. I was insured multiple times by the owner that they would make it right and that they were well fit to make the paint job correct by matching color and factory finish. The repairs made second time around turned out to be a complete mess. Runs in both clear coat and base coat, sand marks in the filler used, over spray to the entire vehicle, scratches to the chrome trim and tail light, along with 5 different dents to the lower interior door jamb where they used some type of trim tool to pull of the plastic rocker panel. The owner was not in at time of pick up on the Saturday for me to bring to his attention, although I did notice the painter in garage and asked him what could be done to fix it. Painter claimed to have spayed it outside and thought maybe wet sanding would correct most of the issues. Being frustrated with the mess I decided to get a second opinion by my insurance adjuster and a second auto body shop. Both parties agreed that Lamberts had created a big mess, that went from costing me a few hundred to a few thousands for proper repairs and clean up to his damage. My insurance unfortunately wouldn’t cover the expense due to my attempt to solve the matter originally with Lamberts personally at the time of it only being a small repair needed. When I brought to the owners attention of the headache he caused, he stated that he did not inspect the vehicle prior to me picking it up the second time and was un-willing to credit me in any way for the damages his shop created to a brand new vehicle.

1986 Buick Grand National This shop was recommended to me by a fellow member of a community church so I towed my car from another shop in Lancaster. The car was painted and seemed to be ok when I paid the invoice but it wasn't running so from there the car was towed to a mechanical shop where it was repaired. It has been just under two years and the paint is literally peeling off of my car!! I took the car back to Lamberts actually showed the owner and was told that he only guarantees paint for one year. Even if it was within the guarantee range, I wouldn't let them change a tire on my vehicle. Maaco would have painted the car for less and at least the paint would stay on the car!!
