I tried to use their small business for my mom's car. I sent her Cadillac in for a fender repair and he replaced the door panel as well. Since then, over a year ago now, she hasn't been able to get into the Cadillac from the outside of the car it will not open.. so brought it to his attention and gave this shop well over a year to find the part they couldn't locate. The last thing I wanted to do was go to court with a small business owner but it appears they have no intention of making the repair they ruined right. Sadly, they give us no other recourse. I would recommend going anywhere else since they don't stand by their work. I even gave him another repair to do when a tree hit my own Cadillac and he didn't match the paint perfectly and the fender wasn't popped into place I had to do it myself. More than one bad experience the third one will be for the judge to decide.

I couldn't be more pleased with my custom motorcycle paint job from Eby's. I was concerned that it took longer than agreed, but the quality is so good. I can't stop looking at my bike. These guys are tremendous.

I wasn’t particularly pleased with the work at the time, but Rob definitely had an attitude that gave me a strong sense of greater confrontation had I made my feelings known. So we were stuck. Today, I almost wasn’t able to trade in my car because they said it was the worst and most unprofessional paint job they’d ever seen. I lost a ton of money. If you need any body work or paint job done to your vehicle, definitely steer clear of this place.

I asked Rob to have his team top off fluids as well. Everything was done in a very reasonable amount of time. . No problems. Thank you, Rob, Shelly, and the mechanics.
