I called because I had a question about a transmission the owner andy answered the phone very politely and i asked what can he help me with. So i explained the issue i was having with my the transmission in my chevy tahoe after i explained everything that was happening to the truck he said i know what could be the problem going on with your transmission you can bring it in and we can give you a correct diagnostic so i made and appointment luckily he had an opening the next day i pulled up and i asked for andy he introduced him self and said let go check this out brought his scanner we went for a ride an explained exactly what was going on that for sure the torque converter failed that there is an issue with the chevy 6L80 transmissions and the torque converter desinigrates and ruins the transmission he knew and explained everything that happens inside the transmission step by step . he gave me different options but he recommended an upgraded torque converter and oem fluid so we both agreed that is was the better option the quote that he gave me was very fair so i agreed to the price he provided because i didnt want any more issues with it again. so i made an appointment to bring it in for repair him and his team fixed it in a few days an now it works better than before thanks to Andy and his team that helps him get it done the right way with out cutting corners with good quality products 👍🏾 thank you.

View on GoogleMy car broke down in the area and this shop was recommended to me by the tow guy. They were able to look at my car but what needed to be done with it, I couldn't do at the moment. While I was working with the dealership that I bought my car from to see what they could do, Chester County Transmission allowed me to leave my car on their lot. It sat there for quite a bit of time too. I kept them informed of what was going on and they were very accommodating!! They made my very stressful situation less stressful by doing this. I am very grateful for that. Even though I didn't get any work done by them, I would definitely recommend this shop just on this experience alone.

I’m not from the area but I broke down while traveling. I’m so glad I found Chester county transmissions because I really appreciate a great mechanic.
