Genuinely the most ignorant miserable people working there. If you don’t like your job, or you’re not a people person you simply shouldn’t be in customer service. Nobody could greet me each time I’ve been there, nobody could even make eye contact, I’ve been there 3 times now and everytime I’ve been with a question I received one word responses with straight attitude. I would expect this from McDonald’s right next door, but went there for breakfast after and they had better customer service. I could go on about how important customer service is and how you should change your career if that’s how you’re gonna treat people, but I hope management can take this into consideration.

Life savers especially for seniors like me. They have taken care of 2 cars I owned. I always make a list of stuff I ask them to check during inspections. I am a member and get a discount. They fix anything. When some road work slit a hole in my transmission fluid pan, they took my car to the K of P AAA. SOOO nice. The got me a new transmission and treated me like gold. AAA is the best!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. From the start, the staff was dismissive and completely not helpful. I was told there were 8 people ahead of me, which is an unacceptable wait time for a business that should be focused on efficiency. Furthermore, I did not feel like I was dealing with competent individuals; the information I was given was inaccurate and only added to my frustration. Because of the time I wasted here being misinformed, my ability to resolve a time-sensitive issue has been significantly delayed. I have since contacted a local independent auto tag agency that was able to provide clear, correct information immediately. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and competence from AAA.
