CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! Where do we start. We took our truck to this shop January 2025 based off reviews which these reviews seem to be more geared toward the mechanic work and not the body work they do here. Taking our truck here was a big mistake. Basically took it to this shop "Nick" seemed confident he could do the job after someone hit our truck. They had our truck 10 days the 1st time and we got it back with scrapes on the bumper around the grill, fish eyes in the paint work, molding issues where the black was starting to show through the white pearl paint. I also asked if they did the front-end wheel alignment being that it was on the estimate of things they were paid to do and the father(who is the mechanic) stated no we didn't need to do it, it was fine. He stated only if the suspension was affected then they would do a front-end wheel alignment. But mind you, my wheel was hit and the rim had to be replaced so that's why they were paid to do an alignment. But again they didn't do it. They refused to give me an invoice with their letter head stating the work they had done after I asked 3 times. We went back up the same day within 45 minutes after we picked it up the first time to express our concerns with the body work and paint job. Nick was very unprofessional and came out agitated that I called out the issues. Bro Bro bro broing me telling me he would do the whole thing over. After speaking with Tina the receptionist the next day she said Nick was "willing" to fix it and I let them get the truck back again for 5 days for them to fix the molding and rough paint job. Getting another rental car again incurring more costs on something that should've been done right the first time. When Tina called to tell us to pick up the truck for the 2nd time she stated that this is the best he could do and if I had any other issues then I would have to reach out to the insurance company. I get my truck back the 2nd time and it now looked like a checkerboard of 3 different whites. Long story still long! Took it to this shop twice, got a rental twice just for them to tell me this is the best they can do. Now we have to pay out of pocket to get it done right. ***DO NOT go to this shop unless you want mediocre shoddy paint job with fish eyes and debris in your pant.***

I've had a change of heart on my first review which was when I picked up my VW from the shop. The shop did a good job overall I initially thought but then I found many runs and oversprays. I also noticed that far down on the repaired corner are spot welds that can be seen thru the filler. They sprayed over the vehicle's information sticker on the inner post of the driver's door and even got paint on my carpet! And what's worst than all that is they only taped off pieces that could have easily easily been removed and they got paint all over the rubber seals of everything. I wanted blue pin stripping and they did brown-they did it before calling me and then said it would look good (whatever). The stripe is not done correctly. It thins out and is not straight. To top it off I wanted to get the inside of my doors painted and even offered to have them taken off left there while I towed the vehicle to storage and they acted very rude, couldn't be bothered with any kind of follow up. Just rush rush rush get it out the door and get paid I gotta a business to run here attitide. so, CERTAINLY this shop is NOT NOT NOT NOT a customs shop in any way, shape, or form and just are a basic remove and replace autobody shop. too bad. Hit a deer? This would be a good shop to go to. Need vintage/classic/antique car body work? nope.

Reasonable price, astounding service. Very kind and knowledgable. I called to inquire about same day service and in 20 minutes they were working on my car.

I was stranded 3 hours away from home and no one in the area would take the towing job, luckily Tim (one of your drivers) was in the area! He towed me all the back to Montgomery county in a timely fashion and he was very polite, I've never been stranded but Tim made this a positive experience for me and my family. PS - Steve you've got an amazing worker on your hands and I'm glad.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They do great work for a reasonable price. I recommend everyone to them.
