My husband took my 2018 Colorado to them with a broken fuel sensor. They had it for three days and never touched it. They wanted to change the entire fuel pump when it was not required. After three days, Husband picked it up and towed it 100miles home to go to a reliable garage. Oak’s charged him $120 for the diagnosis testing that was free at Advanced Auto. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE!
View on GoogleThis repair shop is absolute garbage. It’s the first time I’ve ever encountered a shop that tries to threaten me. At the beginning, they only ask you to provide your payment information, but after the repair is done, they suddenly present an outrageous bill. When I questioned why the cost was so high, they told me they could transfer the call to the roadside assistance manager—but the price would be even higher. Overall, this place is trash among trash. Stay away from this repair shop
View on GoogleMy dad had to get his company vehicle towed and Oaks was the only company dispatched out of the three called by his vehicle's leasing company who was able to complete the tow. Josh came and was able to not only navigate his truck in our narrow driveway, but he was also able to get this van turned 90 degrees and onto the flatbed without damaging the bushes that line our driveway. The reason it was so complicated was because the GMC Savana had a dead transmission and was on a slope with very little swinging room on the drivers side. In and out in 20 minutes and the best service you could ask for with a difficult tow. One of the other companies who couldn't get it done happens to be a direct rival of Oaks and I'll recommend Oaks to anyone needing a tow whenever possible.

View on GoogleOut of town, got a flat tire from a pothole and felt stranded. Called Oak's, they showed up in about 25 minutes. Josh was super nice and very professional! Forgot to mention, it was New Year Eve!! Excellent service! Highly recommend!!
