I received text updates and photos at every stage of the repair, so I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. He personally kept in contact and made sure I was happy with everything. * **Knowledge:** Vin took the time to explain exactly how the parts worked and why certain repairs were needed. He was extremely patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. * **Attention to Detail:** After picking up my SUV, I noticed a small noise. He had me bring it right back, went over the entire vehicle again to troubleshoot, and didn’t stop until he was sure I was 100% happy with the result. Vin, truly left no stone unturned with this repair. He is exceptional in customer satisfaction and overall service. He also recently did some work on my mother’s car, fixing everything from rock chips and paint swirls to a chunk missing from the lower bumper and some heat-related paint issues. He knocked it all out in just two days and the car looks so much better now. My mom was so happy to have her car looking so much nicer now.
