I cannot recommend this shop enough. I’ve taken three different vehicles here now—most recently my SUV for some significant bodywork—and the experience has been flawless both times. What really sets this place apart is the transparency and speed. For my SUV, he used all OEM parts to ensure my factory warranty stayed intact, which was a huge priority for me. He had the entire job finished within a week; my usual dealership quoted me a 6-to-8-week wait time for the same repairs and significantly more money. A few things that really stood out: * **Communication:** Vin is incredibly responsive. I received text updates and photos at every stage of the repair, so I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. He personally kept in contact and made sure I was happy with everything. * **Knowledge:** Vin took the time to explain exactly how the parts worked and why certain repairs were needed. He was extremely patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. * **Attention to Detail:** After picking up my SUV, I noticed a small noise. He had me bring it right back, went over the entire vehicle again to troubleshoot, and didn’t stop until he was sure I was 100% happy with the result. Vin, truly left no stone unturned with this repair. He is exceptional in customer satisfaction and overall service. He also recently did some work on my mother’s car, fixing everything from rock chips and paint swirls to a chunk missing from the lower bumper and some heat-related paint issues. He knocked it all out in just two days and the car looks so much better now. My mom was so happy to have her car looking so much nicer now. It is rare to find a shop with this kind of work ethic and high quality communication with their customers and where the owner is truly a man of his word. If you want high-end results at fair price points and someone you can sincerely trust, this is the place to go.

Had a great experience at Viper Auto Body. I was shopping around beforehand, and they stood out right away. Vinny, Dave, and Alex were all friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. Their pricing is very affordable, and the quality of service really stands out. Highly recommend!
