We had a mishap with our car on a Saturday morning while heading home from vacation and unexpectedly found ourselves stranded—with a Honda—at a Ford dealership! Thankfully, Marcia in Sales warmly welcomed us and quickly connected us with Tim in Service. Tim was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and thanks to their quick support, we were back on the road and home safely. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable, which made a big difference for our family of five. We’re so grateful for their kindness and efficiency!

Came in on a Sat. for an oil change on my car and some how they sent me a wrong oil change coupon. But was still taken care of in a timely manner. Service advisor was very helpful and apologizing was not his fault will still come back. Great service and helpful thank you.
