I took my car here and I told Hakan exactly what I needed. I already had gotten my car diagnosed and I was told exactly what I needed which was a water pump and thermostat when I took my car to Hakan He insisted that I did not need a replacement water pump and that I needed a fuel pump instead I kept on telling him no no no it’s definitely the water pump. I already got confirmation from a previous mechanic that I took my car to, even after explaining that to Hakan he still said that he would not replace my water pump because he did not see anything wrong with it. Two months later my car starts to overheat and now he says that I now need the water pump and thermostat. I am extremely frustrated because he did not listen to me the first time and now I have to go back through this process when I’d been adamant about what I wanted fixed on my vehicle.

I was stranded 2 hours from home and they really took care of me - super honest, fast, and very fair pricing. I really wish this was my local mechanic. This is one of, if not the best, shop experiences I’ve ever had. Do not hesitate to use them for any car needs.
View on GoogleI have been going to evolution auto for years and wanted to finally take time and write a review. I have been going to many car shops this is only place I can trust. The owner is very knowledgable, kind, and honest. He will not add or ask to fix unnecessary things like many auto shops do. I am really glad that I was able to find this shop. I recently moved further away and been trying out shops near by my home and they were all failures. Therefore I will be keep coming to evolution auto even though it is more than 30 mins away because there is nothing more important than feeling comfortable when I walk into the shop for me.

View on GoogleBeen going here for a year now, I have a fleet of 4 -6 cars, my only complaint is that he always wants to talk me out of spending more money. He treats your car like it's his own, I am hard to please but I have never come across a nicer , more honest mechanic who cares as much as or even more than you the customer will. He has also bent over backwards to meet my obnoxious timelines as well. I hope this review doesn't bring him too many new customers so I can still be ranked as a VIP customer just like everyone else. 😁
