I was contacted by acquisition manager, Marcia Grosso, who wanted to purchase my 2014 Ford Focus SE with 94,000 miles. I confirmed with her that the selling price was $6,100 and she then strangely offered me $6,500. I should have known that something was off. I drove the next morning an hour and a half for our 10 am appointment. After “appraising” my vehicle she came back offering a low ball $5,250. What a waste of time and a day. I would never deal with snakes like her or this dealership. Their inventory was sub par and overpriced as well.
