If i could give more stars I would but needless to say the snow we got Saturday night early into Sunday morning was a challenge for everyone my car not being all wheel drive didn't stand a chance on these side roads with the up and down hills everywhere. I found myself stuck on the road with no chance of making it out when An officer from Upper Uwchland police department arrived I wish i had gotten her name so i could thank her also but she told me she had called a tow truck for me and she waited with me until he arrived. I was met by Paul who couldn't have been any more polite or professional in his demeanor and he explained everything to me where I would be towed to and how much it would cost and after that he turned off a switch and became like a friend I hadn't seen in years. I've been in the auto business my whole life as an owner and employee and we talked about business and trucks and it took all of 2 minutes to realize why this young man was so polite and professional in an industry that can be nothing but stress and he loves his job. Not a sentence came out of his mouth that didn't include his parents, his wife or his daughter. I'm 54 years old and its just not a common thing anymore to interact with someone who you can tell was just such a good person inside. I wasn't in a great mood and I'm sure Paul wasn't loving being soaking wet out in those temperatures laying on the ground hooking up cars but he did it with a smile on his face and clearly his motivation is the wonderful family he does it for and for the respect this man has for his father he just moves like a machine. We parted ways with me all things considered should be having a bad day but Paul at Eagle turned all of that into a positive. Its so nice to see someone so positive in this day and age Paul and his family you are blessed to have each other. I don't write reviews good or bad but when this first started to play out and I saw police cars i was just expecting the worst and Paul along with the Young lady from Upper Uwchland police department amazed me the way they handled themselves. Thanks for everything.. Your just good people and that's becoming something hard to find..

My car wouldn’t start and I tried to jump it and it wasn’t the battery. I needed a tow so I called first thing in the morning and my call was answered right away and my car was towed very shortly after. The work my car needed was explained thoroughly and the price I was charged was better than I anticipated. My car is running like new now and it was fixed very quickly. I will be back here for routine service! Thank you guys for your professionalism and kindness.

I had my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer inspected at the Eagle service center. They were professional prompt and did a thorough job. I was completely happy with the service they provided it would recommend it to anybody else.

I was just down the road from these guys and noticed my vehicle had a flat. I had my two kids with me, and was in a bit of a panic. I walked in and explained what happened, and these guys had been in and out of there in 15 minutes flat. I can see why they have such great reviews, I am grateful that businesses like this one still exist.

The truck had arrived and towed my car quickly. A nice employee helped me. I was charged way more than expected for about a one mile tow. They were the only company available at the time.
