Replaced my rear turbo, both catalytic converters, and my brakes and rotors. Fantastic people to work with. They also have financing available to help you get your vehicle back without killing your bank account. No credit check. I was approved for over $4000. They also worked with my schedule and kept my vehicle a few extra days at no charge to allow me to pick it up when I was off work. Owner was up front about everything and even informed me on parts I may need in the future but didn't try to pressure me into buying them. Definitely will get my service done here again.

I had an appointment with Simons Auto Repair & Sales LLC for state inspection and removal of snowflakes installed on my truck. My original appointment was scheduled for 4/23 at 2:30 PM, and they accepted it, but they did not complete any work that day. I waited, and later they told me they forgot and asked me to come back the next morning. When I returned for the second appointment, the front desk lady acted like they were just about to pull my car in, but it was clear nothing had been prepared. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. As a customer, I believe businesses should value their customers’ time and be honest about scheduling and service. Instead, I had to make multiple trips, wasted my time, and still left without proper service. On top of that, I paid $66 for basically nothing. I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience. Customer service and communication need serious improvement.

Taking my car to Simons for the PA inspection turned out to be a great choice. We just moved here from MI and had checked out many reviews for other Auto Repair shops in Carlisle and they had the best reviews. So I went with them and it was very good. The car needed repairs (MI has no car inspections!!) and they explained our options and did not oversell like dealers or other garages do..... aka if it's not broke - don't fix it. I would highly recommend and they have great communication.

I am an out-of-state college student. Halfway through my 6 hour drive home my car's battery light turned on. I stopped in Carlisle and went to an Autozone. They told me my alternator was dead. I called mechanics around the area and all of them said they were busy. When I called Simons they said they could do it and if I brought them the part to replace they could work on it immediately. I was told it would take an hour to hour and a half. The whole job took less than an hour and it was very reasonably priced. Because of Simons I didn't get stranded in PA for the night. If I ever find myself with car troubles and around Carlisle I will be going back.
