Nothing but great things from this shop !! Did work on my chevy truck i was in and out in a timely manner, couldn't be happier thank you lube N go Pay no mind to the review below clearly that person don't have a clue about cars. You don't remove calipers for inspection and who ever worked on his car before lube n go probably didn't torque the bolt. Then wants to blame this shop
View on GoogleBrought my own oil/filter to replace my engine oil. I usually do it myself, but I’m away from home and it’s 18°. Hopefully nothing was tightened far too much, should have asked for the drain plug gasket to be replaced. ~$35 for it. They’ll charge you to put the filter in the trash. Not sure how it’s to be “properly disposed.” Hadn’t had the chance to look, but I’ll check and update if anything is missing (access panel(dealer left it off once)) or things are impossibly and annoyingly tight. American people here. Quick in and out. Thanks a lot. Will use again if things work out well! (Especially when it’s cold.)
View on GoogleBe careful. My vehicle was safe before the inspection at this shop. But became unsafe at highway two weeks later due to the loose brake. It was found that one bolt was missing from the brake caliper. Came to the shop, the test denied, saying he saw the bolt and it missed by itself! From the way they dealt with me, you can tell that they were not decent people and they dealt with the similar situation frequently.. Be careful if you want to use this shop.
View on GoogleI have not used Lube n Go for my oil changes since hands changed but decided to give them a try a few days ago. I like to patronize small businesses. After an issue that caused some problems, the owner decided to do all he could to resolve the situation and shoulder the expense to fix the problem to insure customer satisfaction. I appreciate that they made things right!
View on GoogleI got a flat tire while 3 hours away from home and unfortunately I had a spare but no tools. After waiting over an hour for AAA and they still couldn’t give me an ETA, I noticed someone working in the shop after hours. I walked over, explained my predicament, and the guy (presumably the owner) handed me everything I needed without even thinking twice about it. I returned a few minutes later and offered to pay for letting me borrow the tools but he refused any money. I truly appreciated the kindness and help so I could get back on the road after an already long day. If I was local, I would undoubtedly give this shop my business.
