C & D were great to work with and incredibly helpful with an emergency situation I had with my car. While my issue wasn't dire (dead-ish battery), I didn't have enough knowledge to know what was the issue, and having a family where my car is needed for things, I couldn't afford to be without for long. Chuck and Donna squeezed me into a fairly packed schedule, easily diagnosed and remedied the problem and were overall wonderful to work with. I can't thank them enough for their help and service!!

TLDR - great place to take your car for service. Saved us money, kept our cars running for years, wonderful people. I've taken my Honda Accord to them for a few years now, and in recent times, my wife's Honda CRV too. Steve and Donna are genuine and kind people, are more than happy to explain the details of any job they perform, and charge very reasonable prices. They've replaced my windshield wipers at-cost on several occasions too. Initially took my wife's CRV in for a 2nd opinion, as another shop claimed she would need over $2k worth of repairs to make it pass inspection. C & D ended up saving us most of that money, as most the work was not necessary. Critiques - I'm not sure if some of the negative reviews are from local competition, but in my experience with C & D, they've never given off the "dealer mentality." Additionally, I believe C & D do use decent parts, as we have yet to need to repair/replace a part that they've worked on (I keep records of past repairs for this reason). The only drawback I've come across, and I personally consider it minor, is that C & D still use hand-written invoices / summary of work, which can be a bit challenging to read sometimes.

This shop has serviced my cars and my family's cars for some twenty years. I would never go anywhere else. Totally trustworthy and real pros. BTW, my cars both have over 150K miles on them, from new. C&D keeps them running great with very low expenditures.
