My entertainment system went belly up in my 2019 VW bug that only has 23k miles on it. The VW dealership recommended I get an after market system as they could not even provide me when, or if, they could get the replacement system. They highly recommended RT Grimm. I was very pleased with their friendly service, and installation. They went above and beyond even taking time to show me how the new system operated. This one has CarPlay that I didn’t have before. Their price was also reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! I was having audio issues with my vehicle. I called and explained the situation and they were knowledgeable about what might be the issue. I made an appointment and they were able to take a look at my car pretty quickly and diagnose the issue. I ended up needing new door speakers. They were able to order the speakers the next day and get me back in for an appointment a week later to put them in. I felt the price was very reasonable and was so happy for how quickly they fixed the issue. Great costumer service and just overall good experience.
