I cannot overstate how kind and caring Tom is!! He has been so generous with his time and explained everything to me, helping me learn about my car in the process. He really knows his stuff and is creative, scrappy, thorough, and prepared with certain parts on site. (Not to mention cheaper than anything you can find in the city). After the most recent fix fitting me in before the holidays so I could get home, my car is running like brand new! He’s helped me out when I’ve needed it most and is so accommodating. He makes you feel like a part of the family. It’s been wonderful to meet their family in the shop, since most of them are involved in the business. I cannot recommend them enough!

Recently my Toyota Camry Hybrid started giving me some issues with the ABS. I had scheduled an appointment for the 20th, thinking it was something that could wait, but it turned out my front wheel bearing and CV axle had gone bad and needed immediate attention. I called to see if my car could be repaired sooner than expected, and they were able to fit me in. The labor was very reasonably priced, and they were able to get OEM parts the next day and complete the repairs quickly. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely be returning if any other problems come up.

My Prius was having issues with the heat exchanger, I saw on Reddit that this place, specifically Tom knows a lot about Prius’s. Called him right away, and boy was Reddit correct on this one. He was phenomenal, quick, and easy to work with. Charged a lot less than the dealership and works with you. Great guy, and great professional service. Will be going to him from now on only!

Honest, knowledgeable mechanic. Tom is great: he will explain everything to you before fixing your car and also he will not try to sell you something you don't need. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on a hybrid.
