Scheduled an appointment online for service for my Ford Escape. You enter your information including mileage of the vehicle when scheduling an appointment. I drive the car to my appointment and was told they can not service the car because it is over 100,000 miles and has not been there for any type of service in the past. After asking why there wasn't any sort of note or warning on their website informing me of this, I was told different places have different policies. I pointed out that I went and scheduled on the Pacifico Ford website!!! They let me enter my information in the system, drive down there only to be told I could not get my car looked at or serviced. On top of that, after briefly describing my cars issue, the associate told me the car was unsafe to drive. This place turned me away, in a car that is unsafe to drive after I made a service appointment on their website and was turned away!!! Not only did you waste my time, but you put me at RISK OF MY LIFE. All I was told is sorry. The car was 30 ft away from a shop that could potentially fix this issue, and they refused because of a policy that was not disclosed. Unbelievable.

This definitely has too be the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with they are very owner friendly they don’t try and up charge you for something you didn’t even need in the first place the waiting area is super nice and clean they had snacks, coffee, water all available the service guys sounded like they know what they where talking about an I felt fully trusting of them an at a dealership I gotta say is a rare thing but this dealership is completely fair the price everything they looked out for me threw an threw needed too wait for my car for an inspection oil change an brake change an the price was super affordable for the staff explained every single charge an deal too me I was extremely impressed I would highly recommend you buying a car from here an 100000% get your dealership recalls an other mechanical needs done here again affordable an super flexible with scheduling

View on GoogleAwful service went for Second service on a Ford service package they did not change the fuel filter or rotate the tires. Waited for three hours while they change the oil and did not do what the package called for told me that the The fuel filter did not have to be changed on the second service even though I paid for that. Went again for an update that was supposed to be done to a truck they said they do not work on trucks that are over 10 years old even though my truck is under 10 years old did not seem like they wanted to do the work that Ford sent the letters out and called for. Miserable personalities behind the counter.
