Pacifico Marple Lincoln Service

This location single handedly had my husband and I get rid of both of our Lincoln’s and get BMWs instead. We will never again look at Lincoln cars again, as they definitely cannot support the vehicle with a luxury level of service. My husbands 2020 aviator was almost constantly in the shop for issues including the same ones over and over. The transmission on the car went out after 4 years and while it was replaced under warranty it didn’t speak to the quality of the car. When we would get the vehicle back after rotor work the same grinding sounds would still be occurring - clearly they didn’t test drive after repair. This happened more than 5 times. The service manager (who has since left) would avoid phone calls and never called back despite saying he would. He also apparently lied to us about what they did to fix issues (ie saying they replaced both rotors and pins but that wasn’t the case). My husband probably spent 6 workdays a year sitting in the dealership working to NEVER HAVE THE ISSUE FIXED. This was because pick-up service was never available and neither were loaner cars. When in the dealership itself he was treated like a pesky and unwanted houseguest. We emailed the manager of the dealership listing out all our issues and that we were at the end of a lease on our other Lincoln and we’re deciding what to do - the manager gave a lukewarm and odd reply. It was clear they didn’t care to keep us as Lincoln customers, so we got rid of them and got BMWs the following week. All in all, I am glad this happened as I like my BMW much better and their dealership is ran like a finely tuned machine.

My first service with my newer Nautilus and couldn't have been easier. I don't live far from the dealership but I also don't live that close so they offered to pick up my car, bring me a loaner, and then return my car when the service was complete. Total time saver! Everything was communicated via text, very easy and quick! They even washed it and cleaned it up for me.

In 2018 we bought a used Lincoln MKX. In 2021 we brought it to Pacifico Marple Lincoln for service. We had some service work done such as; normal maintenance service (don't remember details), we bought a new key fab, had roof rack added, etc. - And I have a receipt in my files as I keep all car receipts. The car has needed very little service other than oil changes, tires, inspections, etc. It "WAS" a well made car and up to today I would have recommended it if asked. However... Today: March 11, 2025, I called them for service. I need the keys reset to remove max speed and max volume (I tried but will now figure it out myself). ONLY A LINCOLN DEALER can fix the physical keys as they don't work in the physical door locks (battery died a few months ago and that is how we discovered this). ONLY A LINCOLN DEALER can replace and program the heated seat module(s) as they stopped working for both front seats a few months ago. I asked them to replace both back door weather stripping. I would have asked for an estimate for anything else they find as I am considering selling the car, or giving it to one of my kids, and buying a new car in the next few months. That is how good the car is - giving it to one of my children is a real compliment. I was informed by the nice woman setting up appointments that the "Service Advisor", Bill, said: "...the car is more than 10 years old and since they have never been here before, we will not service the car." :-O I can only guess they make too much money on selling new cars to worry about people maintaining existing cars and eventually buying new ones... I don't understand that math. I was stunned. Especially since we were there less than 4 years ago and our contact information was in their system still showing that. Per my intro: I can state for a fact they lost any consideration for my future purchase!! As such, the nice lady on the phone deserves my apology because I was absolutely stunned and she had to listen to my complete disbelief. So, MY outcome is simple. I will find a Lincoln Dealer who will service the car so my money will go somewhere NICE that actually serves customers. I will NEVER Buy a Ford Product Again given they accept this type of policy from their customer service entities. I don't buy VW, Chrysler, Tesla, or Nissan for the same demonstrateed hatred of customers! For anyone moving to the area with an existing Lincoln vehicle, don't even bother calling these people. It is obvious they are way too busy with new car buyers to give a crap about customers with existing cars. Find a different dealer for service. When you decide to update your Lincoln later, consider that dealer and NOT the Pacifico Marple Lincoln since we know they don't care about their existing customers, because I am one. My advice is to avoid this dealer at all costs. There are a lot of car companies these days so you have a lot of choices. Please don't take the crap from these horrible companies because you think you don't have a choice. Avoid this dealer for service. If you must buy another Lincoln, find a different dealer. As a recent customer, I was stunned at their statement to me, just stunned.

I am still waiting for a call back after three attempts to schedule a service appointment. I spoke with someone twice, who said they would call me back but didn't. I then left a voice message that was not returned. This was over a two week time span. This is unfortunate since Pacifico Marple is where I purchased my vehicle. I have found another Lincoln dealer that has scheduled valet and service for my vehicle when I called. I have absolutely no plans on using this dealer again.
