I needed my car inspected/emissions and waited until the last minute. I also wanted to get the oil changed. My usual mechanic was unable to get me in before the deadline so I started looking at reviews for other local mechanics. Marple has great reviews so I called and they were able to get me in the following business day. They were extremely honest and upfront about everything. I was told that a few things were needed but that they were not needed to pass inspection And the option was left up to me as to if and when I wanted to get those things done. As far as the oil change goes, they were extremely honest and let me know that I actually have 3k miles left until I needed an oil change. I didn't realize that. They could've just changed it and charged me for it but instead, they were honest about it not needing to be done. There was an emissions discount that I was given that I wasn't even aware that I qualified for until they let me know. I dropped my car off at 7am and by noon I received a phone call with all of the above information. I asked them to proceed and I received a phone call around 3pm letting me know it was done. Excellent experience. Great price. Clean shop, nice reception area. Don't hesitate to take your car here!!

These are good guys ultimately, only had one issue. Brake pads wore after 1year/4000 miles on the rear and just on one side. They replaced again and found no issues with brake lines or slide pins. They’ve been fine since, just don’t like paying twice. My opinion, I think slide pins probably weren’t serviced when they were originally done.
