Went there to get a TPS sensor replaced on my car. After the work was completed I inspected the rim and noticed damage at the top of the rim where you break the bead for the tire. I brought it to the attention of the tech and the older gentleman behind the counter and both brushed it off and said it had to be from me hitting something yet the outside of my rim is completely fine the only damage is on the rim that’s literally covered and protected by the tire. Save yourself the time and hassle and take your car to a place that has some integrity.

I had a nail in my tire and brought it to Tire City—they took care of it right away and didn’t even charge me. That says everything about how they treat their customers. They’ve also put a lift kit on my truck and I’ve bought all my tires from them over the years. Every experience has been great. Honest guys, great work, and fair pricing. This is the only tire shop I trust.

I had a great experience at Tire City. I came in with an issue — one of my tires had developed a bubble. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement, the team first checked whether the tire could be covered under warranty, since I had purchased and installed my tires there before. Unfortunately, due to the tread wear, it wasn’t eligible for warranty. However, I truly appreciate that they started with that option — it shows they genuinely care about their customers and not just making a sale. In the end, they gave me a discount, and I replaced two tires with the exact same ones I already have on the other axle. The service was honest, professional, and efficient. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Tire City!
