I have been to many shops across the countries throughout my career as a truck driver, and I’mma say this has to be by far. The best shop I’ve been to the employees are very courteous and respectful when it came to the price I feel like it was reasonable. It was nothing outrageous like some other shops that would charge $2500 for a tow. They did an amazing job and getting me back on the road. Jessica and her office personnel were amazing and when it came to the shop, the mechanics were also great. Definitely recommend this place. If you ever need some work done

Dropped off a box truck to be brought up to inspection standards. 2 days after they said it'd be done, I picked it up. An exposed wire harness under the steering column and a mysteriously hard to roll up passenger window later, I was told to calm down because I pushed back when he denied having messed up the window when he doesn't actually work on the trucks himself. This is poor customer service. Also checked the fluids, and they put the bare minimum amount in that they could. Rob's towing, trying to cost cut by being stingy with wiper fluid, is pretty embarrassing.
