Rob’s auto service center has treated me better than any service center hands down! They have an awesome staff that starts with, I dare say it”Great Customer Service”. They kept me informed and communicated a weekly progress update. I’ve had my muscle cars at small to large companies and Rob’s mechanics are the best. My cars were fixed properly with no BS in between. They run better than ever and are finally a pleasure to hop in and drive. It’s nice to know there is a place that treats you well from the minute you walk in, your vehicle will be fixed in a timely manner and for a fair price. I received a flyer in the mail with a coupon for a vehicle inspection. I typically go elsewhere for service, but decided to give Rob’s a try since it’s much closer to home. I called the same day I received the flyer and was able to schedule an appointment without any issues. I arrived on time with my coupon and was told the inspection could take up to two hours. To my surprise, my vehicle was ready to go much sooner, which was a pleasant to experience. I’ve gone places where they tell you the expected wait time and it’s over the amount they tell you. The waiting area is small but comfortable, with snacks and a TV available while you wait. Had I known my car would be done so quickly, I probably would have skipped the 420-calorie muffin! 😅 and I would’ve read my book, but there was a court show that caught my attention! Anyways… The front office staff were attentive, friendly, and worked with a sense of urgency that made me feel valued as a customer. While I didn’t interact much with Eileen until checkout, I could hear her and Rob discussing my appointment from the waiting area, and everything was handled professionally and positively. Their attitude, communication, and customer service left a great impression. Overall, this was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would consider them for future service.

Being from out of state and not knowing who to trust when my truck needed work was stressful — but Rob’s Auto in Bristol, PA truly came through for me. From the moment I showed up, they treated me like I’d been a customer for years. Honest, professional, and straight to the point. They fixed my truck quickly and did the job right the first time. Eileen was fantastic and the waiting area was both entertaining and accommodating. The reason for rating 4/5 is because, despite having 2 tires replaced and wheel alignment, the pressure of my tires were left unbalanced (front driver at 45 psi and rear passenger at 36). The people at the service desk made a relatively positive, considering the situation.
