I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment and was told he’d get back to me with a day and time. By midday Tuesday, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called again. He said he forgot, seemed rushed to get off the phone, and again told me he’d follow up. Now it’s Friday midday, and I still haven’t received a response—just to set up an appointment. I made it clear that I’m flexible and can work around his schedule, even if it’s weeks out. I also provided all the necessary details upfront (vehicle info and the work needed), so there shouldn’t be much back-and-forth required. I completely understand that shops get busy, but taking nearly a full week without scheduling or communicating as a potential new customer is disappointing.
