I recently had an unfortunate experience at Advanced Auto Parts where they installed my car battery backwards, causing a major headache. Instead of calling the dealer, I decided to call Harris Mobile Mechanics to see if they could try to fix my car without me having to drive it somewhere. Emily, the office manager was able to squeeze me the next day and was in communication with me throughout the entire process. Anthony arrived promptly, discovered the battery still installed backwards, blown fuses, damaged alternator and a blown headlight. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process as Anthony took extensive, detailed notes and photos of the damage to my car so that I could submit them to AAP for a claim. Not only did Anthony correct the battery installation along with replacing the blown fuses and alternator, but he also ran diagnostics after all the work was done to check again for any potential damage caused by the error. I was blown away by how thorough Anthony was and Emily’s excellent communication. I also felt that the pricing was very fair and you can’t compete with the convenience of having him come right to you! I highly recommend Harris Mobile Mechanics for their reliable and top-notch service. They truly saved the day!

Emily was great with communication. It was easy talking to her and scheduling to do 125 point inspection for a Tundra that I was looking at. Anthony was the mechanic and even though I never actually met him and Emily, they did the inspection out of a dealer and everything was what I wanted from them. I ended up not buying the Tundra based on what Anthony found. All I can say is the whole process was easy, informative and I would do it again because it was so worth it. Thank you both!
