Here's my experience so far.. HORRIBLE! I purchased a 2017 Jeep from Evolution Imports & got the worst deal you can imagine! From falsifying paperwork work to illegally removing tags. Let me just dive right into it, not only did they lie and say they canceled my loan without proper paperwork (only word of mouth) they are refusing to service my car because a "deposit" that we never agreed upon wasn't paid. I've had the car for one day at the time and the check engine light came on. I called them & they told me to bring the car in and they'll take a look at it. I came 5 days later to get it serviced. I've had the car for about a week by the time I bring it in for service. On the phone he mentioned an $800 deposit that on the day of the car being purchased they told me verbatim "you don't have to worry about it, it's a promotion". It is important to note that the paperwork doesn't reflect an $800 deposit due. I asked them twice & also left with the car. I have had the car in my possession with no correspondence with Evolution Imports about a "deposit" prior to me asking them to service my car under their warranty. I arrived to get the car serviced and they told me that I can pay the deposit or they can reverse the loan. I said that's fine you can reverse the loan because they forged documents. I was waiting for a hour I was not contacted by Capitol one, & I didn't receive any paperwork from Evolution stating the loan had been terminated due to their fraudulence. I decided to leave and come back with my father. Before leaving I communicated that in email to get a paper trail. They say I was free to leave I came out and the liscence plate and tags were removed from the car!!!!! The loan is still in tact and they are refusing to service the car , reverse the loan due to their fraud, as well as provide inspection. Pls do not waste your time or money I fear they will be facing arbitration in civil court. Contact the Better Business Bureau if you have been wronged by them. Cops were called and they were FORCED TO PUT MY TAGS AND PLATE BACK ON.

I rarely leave reviews, and in fact, this is the first review I have ever written. Unfortunately, my experience with Evolution Imports was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. I drove nearly four hours from Virginia specifically to buy a vehicle for Uber Black. Before making the trip, I repeatedly asked for confirmation of the vehicle's exterior color because it was a critical requirement for my business. I made it clear that the vehicle needed to meet Uber Black standards, and the color would determine whether the trip was worthwhile. Despite these conversations, when I arrived, I discovered that the vehicle was not the color I had been led to believe. Instead of being black, it was Dark Ash Metallic. This was not a minor detail—it was the deciding factor in my purchase. Had I been given accurate information from the start, I would never have spent eight hours driving, paid for fuel, or rearranged my schedule to make the trip. To make matters worse, Erik Loftlin, who I believe is the manager, was unprofessional in his handling of the situation. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience and expense caused by the inaccurate information, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that my time was not valued as a customer. What is most frustrating is that this situation was completely avoidable. A simple, honest answer about the vehicle's color would have saved everyone time. Instead, I was left feeling that my time, money, and business needs were not taken seriously. Trust and transparency are essential when buying a vehicle, especially when customers are traveling hundreds of miles based on the information provided by a dealership. Unfortunately, my experience with Evolution Imports fell far short of that standard. My advice to anyone considering doing business here: get every important detail in writing before you leave home. Verify the color, condition, options, and any other deal-breaking factors yourself. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances. This experience cost me an entire day, unnecessary travel expenses, and a significant amount of frustration. I expected professionalism, transparency, and respect for my time; sadly, I received none of those.

Robin is an absolute legend. She is extremely communicative, very personable, and worked hard to make sure all my needs were met. I didn't end up buying a vehicle from Evolution Imports, but more sales people would do well to treat people the way Robin does. 10/10 would recommend.
