garbage dealer. Other location (Trevose) went out of business, never informed me, never submitted my paperwork to DMV, almost ended up having to pay late fees for the title never being sent to my lender. Also sold me a vehicle with innacurate information - the airbag sensor was broken (they must have cleared the codes right before I bought it), and the drivers seat isn't even the original OEM, which they failed to disclose. I only found out after realizing my cooling seats weren't functioning and took it to a dealership for repairs and they let me know.

If you’re looking for a car, congratulations you have found the right dealership. Nothing but great experience for me. I called and spoke with yani. I told him i needed a daily bc i was tired of putting miles on my weekend car. He didn’t only found the car, he went and got it for me. They didn’t have it in inventory the year make and model i wanted but he found it and got it to the dealership in a matter of days. I want to easy Auto and a salesman named Deena help me get a car I came completely unprepared just for an apt to look at the cars and I wound up walking away with a car THAT DAY! I couldn't believe it she went totally up and over what I've ever seen a sales associate do to make sure I walked away with car on the same day. Even got me a very cheap insurance policy for full coverage of only a 394 payment THANK YOU SO MUCH DEENA!!!

I worked with Deena at the Bristol location!! Best experience I’ve ever had!! Customer service was 100/100. She was so patient and made sure she answered all the questions and concerns I had. Please if you are thinking about purchasing a car see Deena you will not be disappointed!! Update!! I wrote this review while I was at the location because I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided so what I’m about to say next is the aftermath. I drove my car home which is about 5 mins down the road from the Bristol location - easy auto. I looked at my dashboard and said something isn’t right because I know they told me the mileage to provide to my insurance. Well the mileage Deena provided me was 6,000 off. So the car I just purchased had 6000 miles more than what was told to me. I called the very next day because I was their last customer and they were closed. I kept getting the run around until I sent an email and received a call. The issue was resolved. Well at least I thought… a few weeks later I get a random call from a female (did not address who she was initially) the person on the phone only said where is the money you owe us. I asked who is this she then said the person who sold you the car. She was very rude and unprofessional. I could not believe this was the same person who sold me my vehicle. I addressed the issue and was told she will call me back. She never did. So I guess that issue too was resolved. Now we are in September my temp registration expired 9/9. Nothing came in the mail looked at my paperwork and the address was completely wrong. I have no idea where the address came from or anything like that. And I checked the area the address does not exist. So I went back to the place that sold me the vehicle. I’ve been there twice on 2 different days no one will help me and keep saying someone will call me. I’m not sure what is going on but I’m sure this is not considered to be professional.
