We took our older minivan to Bertot Auto Service in Beach Lake when the alternator failed. They fit us in right away, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and completed the repair promptly once it arrived. The price was very reasonable and squarely in the fair range for this kind of work. A couple of weeks later, the replacement alternator turned out to be defective. That was not their fault, but they handled it exactly the way you hope a shop will. They quickly confirmed the issue, contacted their parts supplier, started a warranty claim immediately, and replaced the faulty part at no cost to us. Professional, honest, and reliable service. The shop is off Route 652 down an unpaved driveway that may look a bit rough at first glance, but do not let that fool you. These are competent, trustworthy people who stand behind their work. Highly recommended.

Alex is the type, along with his beautiful family, that holds 100% pure honesty and integrity! They will NOT lie to you on what your vehicle needs and their prices are unmatched.
