So I've taken my suv here cause my check engine light was on... Mike looked into it and found I just needed more oil. A week later a buddy from work told me it looked like I had an oil leak. I took it back in to him. He put some thickened oil in my car and told me I had to get a whole new vehicle. Mind you I just brought it in October. So I had an adjuster come and look at it with my insurance. I had to keep contacting them to get details about what was needing done next. Over a month of me having to reach out to them. Finally he changed the oil back to synthetic and charged me for an oil change. Then said stranglely enough that my suv was fixed. Out of thin blue air. Another instance was when I took my wife's car to get brakes. He tells me for brakes and rotors it will cost 500$. I asked one of his mechanics if they accept parts from rock auto. He said yes and labor would be 160.00. I get the parts, bring them to him, he does the work, and proceeds to tell me I have a previous invoice that needs paid, plus the amount of labor. Tried to charge me 250.00. In my mind I think he was trying to make up for what he lost on parts. If that wasn't enough... I then brought my car there to have it diagnosed cause I needed to either sell it cheap or junk it. I had to again get in contact with him to find out what were the issues with the car. He told me it would be best to junk it. I told him ok, I've got to get the title together, as I had just ordered a new one from AAA. He told me he would not charge for storage. So I left it there with him. A week later, the title came in the mail, I called to get it towed to junk yard. He tells me that my invoice is 160.00$. I tell him it is absurd to charge me like that when all he did was diagnose the car. Mind you I wasn't aware of an invoice whatsoever until I told him I was towing the car that day. He then proceeded to cuss at me, knowing I'm a God fearing man. I then let him know I'll find business elsewhere. When I got there the situation was calmed and settled much better by his secretary in which case she dropped the price down significantly and told me I can pay it another time. Other than that, I will never return back.

Charged for work not done. I provided the parts for the ball joints to be replaced. Charged for the work and it was not done. Following year failed inspection and mechanic verified they were from factory and never replaced. Not to mention he kept the parts I provided. There’s a reason someone drives around with a sign on their truck warning people about this place. Never heard 1 person say anything good about this place.

Mike has had my car since April to only call me 3 months into June to pick up my car Charged me over $2k to go over the whole car and repair little things. When he was telling and showing me all the things he did the door wouldn’t close right without slamming it. It wasn’t like that when brought in. Granted it’s a small convertible he says the arm on the door was hyper extended and this is the cause but his guys had to of done that. He said he would fix it and make it right. I gave grace. Then he tells me he took apart the door for the window 7 times and still not operating correctly with possible leaks cause now the widow doesn’t go up probably. He says it’s touchy. I keep calling to see where we are on the repairs that I already paid for. His excuse is he needs to hire more help. He still is operating business as usual. Heading into August I call last week he was on vacation. Call today still on vacation. The receptionist said he has been on a 3 week vacation already and won’t return till next week. I believe he wants me to take the car somewhere else and I refuse. I already paid you to do the work!!! Summer is almost over. Does anyone have any recommendations?

In my experience, they were fast, courteous, and professional.
