This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and it all came down to their having removed the two things I [used to] dislike most about the process. A. I was not trapped at the dealership for hours on end. I found my vehicle online, discussed it and possible other options over the phone and was app’ed and pre-approved for financing at home. By the time I hit the lot, all that was left was a test drive and the paper-work. 1 hour tops, all in. (Got lucky on the first choice – she drives like a dream.) B. My salesman wasn’t a salesman, if that makes sense. A HUGE shout-out to Donovan Jones. I’m extremely grateful that he handled my purchase. No hard sell. No exaggerations. Rapid, open, honest communication with none of the pressure or usual up-sales or push for add-ons. He respected my asks and choices, ensuring that every one of them was met. This is a dealership and Donovan my contact that I will definitely be referring to friends and family.

Donovan Jones is the go to guy at Diehl! After getting a new Bronco sold out from underneath me, from another Ford dealer that will remain nameless (Fred Beans Langhorne, PA), I came to Diehl and was treated great. Donovan was “no pressure” type of sales guy, which I greatly appreciated. The best part was that they beat the other deal by a Grand! Loved that even more.

This dealer will never get one cent of my money. Not sales, not service. The inmates are running the asylum! I purchased a vehicle from a private party and they had an extended service contract on it. The contract clearly says to take it to any Ford dealer and they could facilitate the transfer. I called diehl and asked them if they could do it and they said yes. I went to the dealership and went to the cashier but she didn't know how to do it. She asked her boss and he said finance could do it. So, I went to finance. The first person I asked said he didn't think they could. He asked another guy and he said they couldn't do it. I read him the contract where it said "take to any Ford dealer...." And the second guy simply said "I wish they gave us the tools to do that" I tried to call the general manager on my way home but only got voicemail. When I got home I called Baeirl in Zelienople and was said they absolutely can do it. So I made an appointment for the next day. UPDATE: Went to Baerl Ford today and they transferred the extended service plan with no issues at all. That is where I'll take my vehicle for service.
