These gentlemen have amazing customer service. I took my vehicle to 2 other shops for specific concerns and every one else could not properly diagnose the issue or wanted $6000 to assess and potentially fix the problem ( yes that is an exact number i was given). I took one trip to Mr.Tire and they assessed and found that it was simply my braking hardware and literally saved my thousands of dollars compared to the other shops I went too. They also rember my name and are very personable. I will definitely be a regular here.

He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. I first started coming here years ago as a single mom, and in an industry where it’s easy to feel taken advantage of, Dave always treated me with total honesty and fairness. He never upsold me on things I didn't need and always made sure my car was safe for my family. His customer service is next-level. Just recently, I was worried about some warning lights and wasn't sure if my car was even okay to move. Dave actually had an employee drive out to my location just to scan my codes and verify it was safe to drive back to the shop. That kind of dedication is so rare these days! Because of the way Dave runs this shop, my entire family now brings their vehicles here. I went to Mr.Tire for new tires and an oil change and had my windshield wipers changed. Phenomenal customer service from everyone. Decent prices and good quality tires. These guys are great 👍 I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service for their vehicles.

Excellent Experience!! If I could leave a 10 I would. This morning, I called the shop and spoke to Matt, explaining to him that my heat wasn’t working while my car was idling. I had previously called other shops and they told me it was my thermostat and that I was possibly looking at anywhere between $700-$800. Matt explained to me what all could be wrong, however ensured that they would figure it out. I dropped my car off and within 20 mins got a call. Matt explained they found out what was wrong. He explained that there was a loose clamp and I lost over a gallon of coolant. When I stopped to pick it back up Jeremy and Matt even took the time and took pictures to show me what was wrong. They fixed the clamp, and replaced the gallon of coolant. They went above and beyond and didn’t treat me like a naive young girl. They charged me NOTHING. I cannot thank them enough. Amazing group of guys.

I don’t usually trust these types of chain/national car repair places, but this particular one is the best in town! The staff is kind, thoughtful, and although I sit in their waiting room expecting them to bring something to show me because it “needs” replaced, that never happens! They get me right in and their prices are comparable (possibly even a little less?) than most places in town. I can tell you that I trust these guys to do right by me, my wallet, and my car!
